How does the PrimeForm Premium work?

Premium purchases are billed through your Apple Account. Available plans and features are shown in the app.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Select PrimeForm to modify or cancel. All billing is handled securely by Apple.

Is there a free tier?

Core tracking is available without a subscription. Check the in-app paywall for the current Premium features and plans.

Privacy & Sharing

Where is my health data stored?

App logs are stored locally with private iCloud sync. Apple Health is a separate, optional connection. AI and partner-sharing features can send information outside your device.

Can PrimeForm see my intimate logs?

Private app storage and optional sharing are separate. Review what you include in Coach requests, attachments, exports, and partner shares before sending it.

Does PrimeForm sell my data?

Never. We are not an ad company. You are the user, not the product. Our revenue comes solely from Premium subscriptions.

Features & Connections

How does the AI Coach analyze my habits?

The Coach uses your message and relevant app context. Processing depends on the selected provider; external providers receive the request. Review the provider settings and privacy page before using it.

Does PrimeForm sync with Apple Watch?

The Watch companion shows synced health and fasting information and lets you send quick logs. Pair your Watch and install the companion app; offline updates arrive when the connection is available.

What is 'Mindful Usage'?

Mindful Usage helps you choose distracting apps and set up focus sessions. Screen Time access is optional and must be enabled in the iOS app.
